Altitude
Pole will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is

comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to

enforce our legal agreements and policies. Altitude Pole will also
retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is
generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data
is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of
our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer

Transfer of Data

you are located outside of New Zealand and choose to provide
information to us, your data will be transferred here and managed in
accordance with New Zealand laws.

Altitude
Pole will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your
data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and
no transfer of your Personal Information will take place to an
organisation or a country outside of New Zealand unless there are

other personal information.
Disclosure of Data
Business Transaction

Altitude Pole is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your
Personal Information may be transferred. We will provide notice before
your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a
different Privacy Policy.

certain circumstances, Altitude Pole may be required to disclose your
Personal Information if required to do so by law or in response to valid

ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign
is an automated email and sales marketing tool. We use this service
primarily for email campaigns, and therefore some Personal Information
is stored there, such as names and email addresses.
