About the studio

Upon entering our Studio in the Mount you will find yourself in our little office and store! We have clothes, merch, grip, and anything else you might need! You'll then head into our Pole room and waiting area where we have couches and bean bags where you can watch the pole class before you, and mingle with other students. To the back left of the room we have a bathroom. As you enter through to the next room, which we call the aerial/everything else room, we teach classes like hoop, silk, dance, strength, and core. Upstairs is the mezzanine where we have a lot of our stretch classes. In the back of this room we have another bathroom and changing room. Once it's time for class your instructor will call you in! Your class will consist of participants of various ages and genders, all sharing the same level. Everyone is super welcoming and knows what it's like to be brand new! Classes begin with warm-ups, stretches, conditioning exercises, and then move on to skill training, and finishes with a little flow to connect the moves. If you have any questions throughout your class, don't hold back on asking – the instructor is there to guide you every step of the way. We are all there to make you feel like your most confident self.
